Fire Scream changed to have short delay now cuz it could kill in few secs,without the delay it makes the PVP unfair to others,but because Fire Scream has now short delay RESiSTANT increased the damage of Fire Burst

it would be nice but how about the bks? and Firescream is like speed hack u die after 2-5 seconds if u got 13k agi.
But why don't they let the firescream speed back in castle siege? in castle siege everybody got same dmg and firescream doesnt have advantage its nearly impossible to kill with firescream in Castle siege. I've tried that before.
