why can't i change my vault ?

pls answer my question
that word always appearing .

"FAILURE

The password or account you entered is incorrect. Please try again (make sure your caps lock is off)."

so i try to relog in webshop ..
but i can still log in ..
just in the change vault ..
cant change my vault

i dont use capslock . my password is 100% sure ..
but cant change my vault

You should get an extra vault first(click to Get Vault), it costs 1k.After that select to "Extra Vault" in the webshop and you will change your vault from 0 to 1.

ive been trying this 10x .. but its says my password was wrong ..



just to make sure . i tried to buy vault again ..
but it says "Your account already has Extra Vault license. Extra Vault licenses is limited by 1 per account at the moment!"


so maybe theres wrong with my vault
