WIN 7 - won't start

Hi everyone,

i played infinity before on different pc,
but when i installed on this one it wouldnt start, i only get an error when i double click the shortcut.
i already tried to start from the original files, patch is installed, ..
what could it be?
i us WIN7

I guess that you're using Windows7 - 32bit. Try to install the 64bit one.

i think it's not the Win7 was the problem...
try to download it again...

also i use 64 bit version

make sure your Anti-Virus/Firewall doesn't block mu.exe / main.exe / llsc.exe

right click on mu.exe > Properties > Compatibility > choose Windows NT 4 > Apply > OK,do the same on main.exe
if doesn't working then try to use different compatibility modes,makes sure both main.exe and mu.exe are in same compatibility when testing,also right click > Run as administrator

I have Windows 7 - 64 bit and when I bought this PC with Windows 7 -64 bit , MU worked easly for me. Maybe you have other problems like virus,or something. Clean your pc with CCleaner and fix problems. Otherway is reformat your pc or put Windows XP.

uninstall programs like GameBooster/SpeedBit if you have on your PC
run in Win XP SP3 compatibility
use this tool to clean your PC from any virus > http://www.muguard.org/clients/kateskiller.rar

i cleaned it using ccleaner but it didnt help :s what now...
i dont have those programs ...

i cant do that.
first of all i dotn own xp and second im not going to reformat to an old system.
their should be a solution;..

send your llahlog.dat to support@infinitymuonline.com
you can find it in the MuGuard folder

RESiSTANT might find what causes it with the info inside the llahlog.dat

my Operating System is Windows 7 Eternity , But Still , Infinity mu is running safely and properly .
and you show the error of it ., post an screenshot.

Have you checked Graphic drivers? go to start and type dxdiag and check Video, btw Windows 7 never was the problem. another thing this is really rare, but it happens. in case of using ATI Graphic cards, has happened that it doesn't run Mu Clients because it clash with the Trojan client. in this case compatibility settings won't work, and disable firewall thingy won't too
