uhm i got a problem here. when i tried to login to website nothing is wrong
but when i tried to login at webshop! it says Wrong Username or Password! :wtfsmilie::wtfsmilie:
can someone help me please?
 
maybe when you tried to log-in the staff was still importing your data to the new web-shop....
 
try with other browser,also you can't login to Webshop if you're online in-game.

i tried it on mozilla, i changed my password, im not online in-game
still cant log-in

easy
but first, cute, change your color text. its annoying for "infinity Default" skin.

Solution.
Make your password shorter. It happened to me.
Works fine on website, but I cant log on webshop.
No matter special symbols "as i know". just make your password shorter, and ask to venci the possibility to use a longer password and join with it on webshop.

hello there , i've made similar thread like this about me not getting in webshop but it was like weeks ago and until now i cant login to webshop it always say "wrong username or password"

Put your password in webshop and count it

no what i meant was
my password has 11 symbols (*)
 
Same problem here it started after the update and btw my pass has only seven * symbol
 
Problem should be fixed.
