1 Hour after CS Time iz perfect time so it won't clash with Scavangers Event time if i'm not mistaken

I cannot vote due to lacking of post but I can say my opinion, right? I'd chose 1 hour before cs, many can participate that time. Those who play in cafe has a limit of hours in playing because of the Martial Law is still enacted in our country (Philippines GMT 2) and only those who own computers can participate in the event soon. ��
