MuGuard AutoSync has stopped working

Hi all,

I would like to have your help.

I can't not log-in, when i launch main.exe, it always shows that:

Please give me some advices.

Hi, right click on AutoUpdater.EXE and click run as administrator. Don't launch with main.exe instead right click on mu.exe then run it as administrator. Tell me if it's not working.

I follow your instruction and it shows this:

Then, it goes to the previous issue.

Try to click that name MU just two step down to your main might help ya.

Hey there !

Any recent updates/changes to your PC? Tell me more about your pc, OS, config so i can make an idea about it. Its mostly an issue solvable by adding the game as exception in your firewall and anti virus.
One of them is preventing it to go online and download the updates.

I don't use any anti virus program and firewall is already turned off. I am using Win 7- 32 bit.
 
Second solution, try to add the AutoUpdater.EXE to your antivirus/firewall exceptions list. This must be the occurrence of the problem. After this method you should able to see connect button and log in without any problem.

Remember :

  • Don't download any cheats, bots, tools etc.
  • Update your computer using Windows Update

I have encountered the same problems. Perhaps you've downloaded some skins or your antivirus deleted some data. Have you tried to download the game and update the game? This time try to turn off your antivirus and run the game.

I agree with this one,
Add Autoupdate.exe into your antivirus

Steps:
1. Open your Antivirus
2. Click Real-time Protection
3. Click Configuration
4. Click Scan
5. Click Exceptions
6. Browse Audoupdate.exe then add
7. Then click Apply and Okay

PS: Open Autoupdate.exe by using Run as administrator
 
it should be a old patch, i suggest to download again the patch from the web.

I am going to try this one. Other suggestions i tried but not working. Thank you all. I'll feedback when having result.
