since its a community, i want to share my opinion on your staff application. although this opinion wont make a big difference in the final decision, i hope you'll get a thing or two of realization..
first of, i commend you for having interest in becoming one of the staff team, its not an easy task to begin with. You'll need patience, dedication, and teamwork, one that experience in gaming alone cannot carry you. Being one of the staff team will not just be an ordinary task, just because its a gaming platform. It does not mean that you can ease you're way into it. Being a staff team is like a real job, you have to be professional about it. You need to have the criteria that the staff team needed..
