Since many players requesting exchanges on dailybasis I want to announce it and make it clear that we do not make favors such as exchanging your items whenever you decide because some players earned their items in BTA or via donation in 2021 and keep spamming me to exchange their items, purposing me different deals and even $ earned in Events to exchange their items earned in Events and BTA in 2021. This both sides time-losing-absurd must stop now and you learn how the things really work for real because I am tired of explaining to everyone who didn't spend time to read the Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.
You can't request for exchanging your items which were bought more than 14 day ago from your request for exchange and we don't accept payments for exchanges. If you donated or earned your items via BTA or Event within the last 14 days from your request then we can make exception and exchange your items unlimited times you want till the 14th day. We accept only new donations in case you want different or new items otherwise the server will not be alive if we grant requests like these. Server rely on new donations but not exchanging items whenever you want. I think we give out a lot PRIZES in UBERS more than enough every month. If you don't join and take advantage of these prizes that's your own problem and we don't make exceptions to exchange your items just because you are bored to play with specific class at the moment. Also there's no excuse that you can't join events because if you vote for the server from your smartphone every 12h you can get into top 20 voters and earn $25 USD and that's the laziest thing you can do to earn Ubers and iBuff/Achi , with other events you can earn up to 100$ per month, keep them on hold and earn more and then buy whatever you want from webshop or BTA. We have bills to pay and that's understandable, don't you think? Server hosting cost for us to be online every month is €159.99 Euro. I pay separately for web hosting to host this forum, our main website and other iMU services such as LiveGuard Panel and other tools for the gamemasters and staffs. LiveGuard AntiCheat per month cost is $35.00 USD. Web host per month is $29.99 USD. Game Launcher by LiveGuard service is $10.00 USD per month. Cloudflare PRO plan is $20.00 USD (DDoS protection for all our websites) per month. You can imagine how many bills I have to pay to keep the server alive and you guys keep requesting favors from each kind including exchanging items on dailybasis. So please calm down with this and stop. We have events which offers a lot of rewards including $ which you can use in webshop. Some players never donated for anything and they have full Achievements/iBUFF and Uber Gear because they spend time in this game and earn their goods fairly and for completely free. This is the last message I am writing and every new PM/Email for exchanges will be ignored unless it meets our refund/exchanges policy. I am sorry but I don't want to see this server offline after few months we've been online for you for 15 years and hopefully more to come if players decide to continue playing here and not lose their time on most new trash servers with worse configs possible that close or wipe every month and year due lack of maintenance and administrator support. Hope you get it and no bad feelings. I'm just pointing out facts that some people don't understand and keep on spamming our emails and PMs.

You can find the refund and exchange policy upon purchasing your items in webshop and also you can see it in the both footers (bottom of the website) in webshop and InfinityMU official website. I never hide that policy from anyone because PayPal and Western Union require us to keep it visible to everyone just like every website that sells virtual products.
Prices excluding VAT and without windows server OS and extras like more SSD/NVMe, Daily Backup and other stuff needed to run a quality server:
