This is definitely a good decision and beneficial for the server but logically speaking the price is not affordable tho, $15 exchange fee just to swap T3 set you wanted to get rid with is something some people cannot afford to do. If you will get some perks like free change name, change class or free uber accs that would be nice. For me $10 service fee for set swap is fair enough and affordable for everyone. But it’s still your decision tho.

Idea is good as some players having hard time to trade sets without UTC especially for SVIP and below tags and maybe it is fine to lower the price for Top Contributor members as perks of their dedication to the server. For example instead of 10$ (azrael), lower to atleast 7 or 8$ and 10$ for T3 sets (Depends on the price you want). I may not be a top contributor but i guess, it is good to have a separate consideration for them. It won’t hurt that much.

It’s a good idea! Players will pursue the top contributior tag for sure. Or if this idea is not possible or for another reason. It would be great if we get this discount once a year on a specific holiday or on the anniversary day.
Would it be possible to downgrade in future? Say I want to get rid of T3 set I don't need, but instead of another T3 set I'd like to get T2 set and sword.
