Problem again with my credits

Well, I have the same problem again .. I've answered my post, saying that since 5000 have been added credits .. but hey now entered into my account, and 5000 credits are not, I have the 390 I had yesterday before giving ..
I hope you can solve my problem..:happyy:

and in the intructions say "minium 2 hours, maximum 4".. and with today, are 3 days..
and i don't have my credits..

When I look at your first post I would close my browser page and proceed to other reports.
