Hiper lag, i cant play :(

Hi all Duddes! :P, im DarKMaxiM0 XD, and i have a problem:

The problem is that I had deleted the client mu, I download it today, and I encounter a problem:

• Super lag
• Cannot play
• Bad quality
• Bugs or errors

3 months ago I entered, but before I was traveling with no lag.
I chenged from Windows XP to Windows 7, maybe that's the problem, and even I have better internet than before.


My pc:

Proccesor: AMD Anthlon proccesor core 64x2 5200 + 2.7 GHz
Ram: 1GB
Video target: NVidia G-FORCE 8800

PD: well, maybe, download it back, fix it.

My internet:

Ping: 80 ms
Dowland speed: 80 kb/s or 90 kb/s

lol i think you need to upgrade your ram,
because, when your mu is open what more programs u run ???
 
usually I run:

Aimp
IDM
Daemon Tools
avast antivirus, no more :(

the ram is sufficient
 
every program that is running use ram, and with windows 7 your fast on 1 gb ram, try to get 2 gb or get 3, you will see the difrents. windows xp, dont use much ram, thats why it was perfect before, and maybe some of your hardware cant handle windows 7 ??? did you check that to ???
 
with all these programs on, i can run the MW2, Crysis, devil may cry etc u_u, thats programs dont use much ram.
 
strange, but you know, playinggame online or off line is difrend to, it can be your download speed to, for every online game, there is a little download and upload going on. but maybe some 1 else can find the problem, or you need to go back to windows XP, ^^
 
Wow. o.0 I am experiencing lag also but not that much ^_^, try to buy a new pc?
 
Get downgraded drivers(182.xx or something) cuz new drivers have bugs,also if the error still occurs,you are facing ram problems most likely,cuz ram can't defrag nuffin,if you want to test,d/l memtest.

IDM = Internet down loader Manager
if u are using that! Pls OFF that!
 
you change your Windows XP to Windows7?? well, I think you need a Driver on your windows7. specially the VIDEO CARD. you need to download that.
 
Your drivers might be bugged,it isn't rendering properly,your GPU might be faulting too.

did I say all W7 have this?

Im sure coz I had same when I changed windows XP to W7 I was lagging verry much I couldnt enter the server...
 
Then get a better computer lol,even my 7y/o computer,with 512mbram ang GeForce FX5200,Celeron 1core 2400mhz ran W7 smoothly,have anything else to say? :)

my PC is better the problem was in W7
 
OK Hope this will solve the problems for most of you! (Its comming from my own wisdom :D)
Now guys stop blaming Win 7 for all the problems that arise. Blame Microsoft and their lust for Market Share!

Now to begin with Win 7 Naturally doesn't support OpenGL which we all know its really bad for us! ( They tried to make most users to use their product DVX).
So what you have to do if you are with nVidia go to their website http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
And select "Beta and Archived Drivers" and then search your video card drivers there! What you will find that it will show you the latest drivers + the old ones! And What you are looking for is something like that in the description of the drivers (Release 197 for old PC running Win 7) "Supports single GPU and NVIDIA SLI technology on DirectX 9, DirectX 10, and OpenGL, including 3-way SLI, Quad SLI, and SLI support on SLI-certified Intel X58-based motherboards." (ATI is different story so if you have problems with it ask :) )

Now after I have cleared the Driver Part lets move on the possible ways of decreasing the lag in-game!
When you are in-game press Esc> Options> Effects> Select +5 this way the graphic effects will be decreased so and the lagg!
Another thing to look at while playing is : Make sure that there are no unnecessary Flash programs running + make sure there are no Internet Consuming programs running!

In Addition to the Win 7 argument:
Win 7 is the best OS realeased since Win XP (Even SP3 can't compare to it)!
Why? Better security. Better Start up etc
Requirements: Well to get the most out of it you should be running it on
Triple Core Processors (2 Core will do Fine)
2Gb+
nVidia S7+
Everything else hardly matters!

should I say Windows7 is good for gaming? Maybe. XP supports only DirectX 9.0 but W7 supports DirectX11. so it has better graphic.
also I have other games on my Laptop and yes it Run's softly. (COD4,L4D,MU.)
