it looks like bugged, or something wrong with your video card, did you have the lasted update of it ? try to check that first,

how to know about your update, go to the site of your video card, and search for updates.

LOL People get educated! This is a visual bug the only thing you have to do is to fiddle with your display settings.

But first launch InfinityMu Launcher and go to options and select the lowest resolution.
If this doesn't help then follow this:
Try right clicking desktop background>appearance>effects>change 'method to smooth edges of screen fonts' from cleartype to standard.

P.S. Your Video Card is fine or it should be xD
