I think that problem is in your PC.

and says you can not read hard disk memory.

reinstall the game again
 
hm... its something wrong with ur PC try to format it :P
 
This error occurs because of some driver you have updated or something got bugged anyway the problem is not in the game it's in the PC, generally to fix this as its your explorer.exe which is crushing you need to find a solution from MS.
What SP are you using?
Here is a patch which should fix the problem if you are running SP2 - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;329692&Product=winxp
Haven't tried it on SP3 so don;t know if it's gonna work for it but give it a shot.

already use it and did not work. formatted my pc also nothin. still the same?
hmmm i wonder what can fix this.
btw mine is window xp pro sp3
 
bro this is gonna be happen to me..ill reformat my pc then reinstall again the game and finally it works :)

Main.exe crash because another process has injected cheat structure to it.

Make sure you scan your PC for malwares and use windows update. Do not download any tools, cheats or hacks.
