I have not received my credits

Hello I have a problem it turns out that today send a sms to obtain credits, they received from me the money but the credits not to load me, instead of sending the message of which the credits were added ami account another message comes to me saying some kind of badly ....... already and loaded before and this one is the first time that me appears this mistake...

I can't clearly understand what you are pointing to.
But I'll just say, be patient and wait for it. :) They ain't robots. :P
 
Hello,

We don't see any current problems with the service. All of the players who send today has received their credits.

Could you tell me what kind of error message do you receive as reply from the mobile operator after sending SMS?

NOTE: Service works only with mobile operators in Chile: Movistar, Entel PCS and Claro
 
my operator is entel, and the message says:
" Some kind of badly. Please put in touch with the service provider:
Resistan@abv.bg +359883456116, http: // inf
 
As I never said to you and loaded fed up times credits and this and I believe that it was because to the moment in which it loads the servant was bad bony the page there was bad and not wise at the time send the message and when it was going to enter to the page me a mistake.
 
Hi there mate. Maybe you didn't wrote correctly your account name or you've sent the SMS's to wrong number ;)..
 
Not answer absurd questions only I want to know if give me the credits or if lost the money already and said everything what tape-worm that to say.

Did the money was charge to ur cellphone card .? did you check that ..? If it was really like that You could take a Picture to the Phone and Post in here . You know how to do it .
 
Not to take images to the screen of the telephone I have the message of sending and the fact that receipt
 
Maybe it was because when send the sms the page and the server 4 were off not that they open past but know that this to affect the webshop
