try leaving the guild then reconnect then come join again

DO NOT CHANGE NAME WITH 2LETTERS IT WILL RLY BUG AND 3LETTERS YOU SHOULD LEAVE GUILD FIRST BEFORE
CHANGING NAME SO YOU CAN STILL JOIN TO GUILDS BECAUSE IT MIGHT GET BUG AND YOU CANT LEAVE GUILD.

I think you can, try to leave the guild then relog your character.
 
A simple Instruction Leave Guild Before Changing your name.
