Try to clear all the cookie and use internet explorer.Dont forget to LOG OUT from the game when you use WEBSHOP,if the problem not solved sumbit a ticket here http://support.infinitymuonline.com/view.php?id=1

@TOPIC: Try the CC Cleaner(Mentioned above) and Try other browsers and Close the Game.
Tnx guys for help for advice but the problem was very simple, maybe someone can hapened this us well so the problem was my pass was to long for the pass window, my pass contains 12 letters and nummbers, but on webshop is aloud only 10, so when i put webshop pass i cut last two letters from my password and its loged in 
and you modified the password now, u can login evrywhere?

Try these basic and simple steps:
1) Clear your cookies
2) Remember to Logout of game
3) Try to change password without using special characters such as ^,*,$ ; just use numbers and letters consisting of 7 characters.
If problem is still there, maybe the data of your account has not yet been imported to the new webshop system.

One single solution: this slope when entering the pw is a maximum of 10 digits if more than 10 clears the last remaining! you should let the webshop
...
