TRy to Reinstall .. if its not working .. download the new patch release posted by resi ..

Make sure that your firewall allow you to open that game,after this reinstall it and Launch the game.

press start, computer, right click" properties" , advanced system config , computer's name.
i guess. i am using my o.s on spanish.

or try to download it again sometimes if your downloading something and your anti virus is on if treat found it automatically deleted meaning the installer will corrupt

This is because you are using a WiFi I guess. Because your IP Address is Limited in the Said Wifi Network. The First who gets online, gets the 1st IP Address.
So Sometimes you get the Same IP Address from the first user who got the IP Address, So. You can give a WIFI System Configuration by Using the RUN, Type CMD. When the MS COMMAND Pops up, Write ipconfig. The Default Gateway will be your Default IP Address. Copy it. and Paste in your Web Browser and the WIFI System configuration will show up(Sometimes needed Log-in) and then Configure ur IP Address by Renewing or Assigning each devices a IP Address. This is kinda complicated but I think it will work. Goodluck!
