Help, mu close :(

Hello all, I am playing this mu good bue my friend can´t play :S. He selects character and after 10 seconds the mu close. He doesn´t have any program open, antivirus is off. Can someone tell me why?. Sorry for my english ^^

Don't use Enter key in character selection,double click with the mouse on the character to login.
