I wanna ask what is my problem?
i'm already download n launch full file
but already launch, i cant connect to mu

If you started load your client, dont minimize, try to wait until the load is finish.
that's why you got that problem,

other method:
- Restart your pc if you patched the new patch
- try to download CCleaner and use it.
 
I can see your main.exe crashes upon start. This means some process (usually malware / virus) prevents it to start and our muguard crash the client so this is why you get this error.

Scan your computer for virus and clean it in order to play.
 
Here is a program that i use when i want to clean my pc .Ad-Aware it works fine and it have a trial version.

Work's on :Windows XP / Vista / Windows7 / Vista64 / Windows7 64 / Windows8 / Windows8 64
 
Turn off your firewall and antivirus.
Then restart your PC , then try it once again.
If nothing happen, re-download the full client again.
 
If none of them works, then the solution is to put an other operation system, or re-install the one you got now.

Select the graphic driver that you use on your notebook.

Turn off your firewall and run the game as Administrator.
 
I Already Can Play With My PC.
I trying fix the problem from youtube..
I try use DEP , and add mu.exe & main.exe
and then i can play in my PC
