Hi GM's,
what happened to the webshop's storebox? . . . i can't view the items i bought, so how will i put them in my warehouse if i can't see my storebox . . .
please help me to solve my problem . . . thnx . . . hope to your reply ASAP . . .:yuushh:

If you don't mind please give us a better screen shot, maybe something with better quality, We can't view your SS clearly enough =)
Additional question, what item did you buy? FYI The Staff and Game developers have data of every transaction done via webshop so meaning if your item was really lost they can recover it, Just wait however if you are lying than prepare for the consequences :smile:

BTW, As I can't really see what your SS that Clearly let me instead give a few tips, on buying on the webshop,
1. Empty the top parts of your vault
2. Check the assigned Items tab to make sure that you have not really recieved your items yet

After seeing similar posts I am now starting to think that this is a Bug or Glitch.
Let's wait for higher staff/game developers =)

i bought 18 items exactly yesterday 7:36pm 1/6/2013 and i also think that this is bug because when im buying a item it only adds one point for example a normal fenrir would cost a 1800 credits then when i clicked on the Fenrir +Illusion (Golden) it only adds one point that makes it only 1801 . . . its said in the appearing box in the middle that the transaction was successful . . . i saw my storage box just added one item then i was shocked it worked . . . i tried looking at my storage box but i cant view it, my credits i bought for the item is also deducted that's why i thought its real then i ignored the storage box that can't be viewed . . . i thought it was just a glitch and i will see it tomorrow but till now there is nothing . . . i bought many items and they all just adds one point . . . namely

2 gold fenrir (1800 credits + 1 point)
2 thunder blade FO +0 no additional dmg & JOH option (144 credits + 1 point)
divine scepter FO +0 no additional dmg & JOH option (63 credits + 1 point)

i just bought them with their base priced credits and if you click on the ITEM LUCK it adds only 1 point(except fenrir) . . .
all in all are 4852 credits and 62 gold credits and i still have 42 credits left + 1 vote with 63 creds today and 178 gold credits left . . .

if you could, i wish to have a roll back just from yesterdays 7pm . . . i dont know if you could control the webshop either way i just want my credits back . . . well thats the whole story of it no lies no cheats. . . i hope you'll find a way thnx . . . i noticed that you had some new features and changes in the website that may be the cause of the glitch yesterday . . .

Those items were wiped. There was an hacking attempt into our webshop recently and we wiped all who bought items for such less credits. You should know that item prices are not 45 credits for F.O. item.

Credits you used will not be refunded.

sir i bought a set earlier(uber vicious set) from web shop, all i have is the helm, armor, pants and a ring, the other parts are missing, i really need help..no cheats no bugs or whatever, it is just my set parts are missing, i'll attach some images sir with this thread, thanks,,.
