I agree with Titan and as many people mentioned there are all the Lost Towers where you can barely lag, as well you can use Leatrix Latency Fix, which reduces lag a lot. Besides, most mobs in pvp servers were removed exactly with this reason

leatrix doesnt work in all situations
manual registry editing is a must
in any point leatrix is somehow incomplete in terms of tweaks.
