MU Problem

I need help with my infinity mu, im new here, i installed it and it was okay. but when i started it , it went to loading screen and loaded . then it disappeared pls need help

Please read and try this one if you haven't yet.

Client Issues:
1. Some of the players mu client is just crashing after the loading screen or while loading screen is almost done.
Reason : Client's computer is infected with trojan rootkits that hooks api sockets and some more functions to steal data from the victim, these functions when altered will cause not only mu client muguard enabled to crash but also some tools using the same functions.

Solution : Use this tool (Download: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/kateskiller.exe), kaspersky special tool for this type of rootkits, to remove this trojan rootkit and restore to original the api functions altered by the said rootkit.

Hello,

Are you using Anti Virus? If you are add main.exe to your exception list some of anti virus detect it as Virus, If you don't have or you are not using any antivirus you need to use one antivirus I think your PC/Lappy has a Virus that causes of that problem,

try to restart PC. Also close your hotkeys like inventory A+, dota kits and other things.
Also try this,
Control Panel>Windows Firewall> then allow programs blahblah

Then browse main.exe or mu.exe into the list.

I already tried putting maine.exe and mu.exe in exception list on firewall but still didnt work, i dont have antivirus though

Whats OS are you using to play MU?

I've tried this one.. and it works for me...

1. go to My Computer > right click it > properties.
2. click the advance system setting in the left.
3. find performance > then click settings.
4. Choose tab Data Execution prevention.
5. then choose the second option. (Turn on DEP for all programs and services....etc)
6. Click add > and choose infinity Mu main and launcher.

try it if it works good for you

Go restart
After that go to main and properties > compability to windows XP 3 > run as admin > apply.
you must update your MU too...
if still not working TURN OFF Firewall

Sorry about.. its either install the OS again or use Dual boot ..
all suggestions given from different members is good..

I don't know what's the point of still discussing it, Syd & John told you already the problem and the solution.
All you must do is read properly and do it. And the people who do not know and just speculate shouldn't confuse him.

Supplement,
your computer is infected by a trojan or maleware, it can happen if you click unconsciously a link by an infected e-mail or webpage. It can happen if you're trying to download MP3 files, hacks, improvement tools or smt. My suggestion is you stop downloading por ns or streaming por n sites. <-troll
