1 hrs is too much, I cud create new account and buy buy buy like there is no tomorrow. And yes... free items will ruin the donation system. I prefer discount 20%

But many people will abuse it!!!! If we make it free but each account could buy just for once.... They will make more account, so make it each ip address could buy once...
