Honestly,you're a very good guy but sometimes you just have a bad temper,hope you can change that,no offence btw , anyways,I think you deserve this tag , you help alot of people and I think you have been here for a long time.Yes for me bro,goodluck and god bless you

Where to begin, and where to finish, all i've seen so far is people with 1~15% activity who never post in forum supporting your application with some half assed explanations of 3-4 words, "you're good, my friend, helpful, YES from me", where is the depth in this, it just can't satisfy me into getting this seriously, so tell your friends to be more active and not just come here support you just because you're "Friend", but because you deserve it.

As Gladys have mentioned, you have often shown bad behavior towars your fellow infinitians but now you promise you won't do it again since you've opened this application, my question is, why do it in the first place, if someone's rude at you, show him that you're better by ignoring him, idk, even the oldschool "Talk to the hand" works, just don't attack back and/or give reasons to be misjudged or be brought into a difficult situation when it comes to decisions i have to take such as this.

I honestly don't know if you really meet the requirements, in my eyes, you're not yet ready for this position.

Why do you want to join in Moderator Team?

- I love helping others to the fullest. And I will do what I can to help others and provide some ideas about our server.
- I am active and loyal to the community.
- I will make new guides for those new user on Forum to guide them where to post their thoughts and expression to keep our forum clean.
- I will help to improve our community by sharing some ideas/suggestion.

All of these things you can do them without being a moderator.
Don't understand me wrong, i am searching for a reason , why are you better than all the rest that are helping , for example supporters. You should have something better and different so we are able to give you our yes, but what you posted ^ can be done by anyone, as written in Truism:

I can help players by answering their queries: Everyone else can do that. Have you seen players aid each other through megaphones? You don't have to be a GM to help others. So please do the necessary.

Experience in Moderating:


I don't have any Experience being a Moderator, But I studied how to handle vBulletin. (Watching Guide)

What would you do as a Moderator?

- Provide some Forum Events
- Make some guides.
- Giving working hacks to Venci to block it.
- I know how to handle vBulletin.

So you have never been a moderator, you have never worked with vbulletin but you know how to handle it? Forgive me if i am confused

You can give hacks, provide events and make guides as normal player and in fact, if you did it , i am sure we would have noticed and promoted you to Supporter tag.

Also, I see as well that it seems like you called your friends to support you, which in fact is not something bad , but we couldn't accept these things since friends' opinions are 9/10 unreliable to be trusted since they are strictly subjective and rarely abstract.

I think it is too early for you to apply for such position here, and when you prove with helpfulness, reports, support and so on, a chance will be given. Never lose courage and enthusiasm , because the harder something is to be achieved, the more appreciated it is after. (happy)

We discussed it and as Nemesis said, it's evident to see who's saying yes and no. One thing to remember is quality over quantity. You lack in both unfortunately I can't see too many helpful posts from you in the forums. I thought long and hard "is he able to commit to the duties" and "can he handle the position" and there has yet to be evidence that shows your ready. You also lack the social competence which is required for a mod. We can't have moderators swearing, cussing, and fighting with members, they must have the maturity to be the bigger man and step away from senseless conflicts.

I'm getting a sense of friends supporting each-other, it's fine in some areas but when it comes to things like staff positions and areas which have a direct influence on the community and server I can't say yes.

First about those who write 3 to 4 words saying : Active-Loyal-Yes for me blah blah etc. some of them are my friends yes, but they have the right to post what they want to say and I'm thankful because in just a short word they support me and that is enough for me that they are showing support for my application.

As you can see I don't have experience as Mod, But I know how to handle vBulletin as I mentioned on my Application (Watching Guide) Some of my friends are Mod in other Forum, I don't want to mention what are those Forum. When both of us has free time I'm always asking my friend to teach me to handle vBulletin.

You're a nice guy, I like you and I like the way you are, but I have to agree with Nemesis that you're not ready yet for this job, first because you forget the most important thing in an application, that is made peoples know and believe in you, not only ur friend but everyone, I saw you have supported the server by doing reports and trying to help others palyers and you're not unknown but you forget the BING that made peoples think ''Reefa'' should apply, he's a good leader and he have focus and can control himself 100%, we dont need a guy who can't even control his anger and can't read bad comments, man if you get in you will make A LOT of haters, peoples who you have to ban coz they are breaking rulles and after they will hate u and make everything to put u down, you can notice you're not ready in the post above, you can't accep the player opinion, life is not only flower and an app is not too, you have to be mature and even if you disagree you have to accept it coz it's his opinion, some peoples always provoking me, I think in the Staff me and wayne is the most guys that got provoked by players maybe coz we have ally, dont know but they are always saying our mistakes in our face, trying them best to make us get in trouble, you can notice peoples mock me cause of my bad english or coz of my way of be but how many times you see me being arrogant and idiot? I accept all of them comments even if I dont agree with them, that's why maybe I'm here for so long time, you have to learn this, to focus on what you have to do and do what Nemesis say, ''talk to my hand'' and continue, take it as an adivice to your real life too, SmiggleZ is not here anymore but he was the best example, even peoples mocking him cause of him weigh or with something else, he always repply'ed decent and in the best way he can, he do his best to support the server, best guides belongs to him and he's one of the best moderators I have see and he wasn't mod for so long time, there's some peoples that you have to learn and try to do what they do. That's what I have to say, even if you get promoted or no I hope we can be still friends, my vote is that you're still not ready for the job, first coz you have to prove us you're hardwork and can be a real good mod and second coz you can't control yourself yet, accept others opinion enter on this, good luck anyway, it's just my poor opinion but hope it help you not only in forum but in your life too, good luck my friend, wish you can become the best you can be

Denied, it's obvious that You can't accept people's opinions, you're getting it for granted, do you know what i saw now?
