I think that account was not Banned. It's been hacked by someone.

Ok it's not banned but this acc doesn't match your current IP address, in fact are very different.

It's been hacked by someone.

Accs cannot be hacked, that doesn't exist, there is only one way and is sharing accs with others.

Next time don't ever share your account to someone. Don't trust then easily. You don't even know what's their intention.
