Hi Infinity. I just want to be more specific to all you. This past days I was poured of tons work to do.. That's what I posted all my Siggy late. (2-3days) I just want to say that I am very sorry for it. School is coming again in our country. Enrollment is in. Working too. Well as much as possible I still visiting here via-mobile to check what update and what is something I can help. Awhile ago 6/4/13 A forumer. I won't estate the name. Starting to get angry with me. I don't know his prob. I think his rushing me to make some siggy. IDK what his problem is. I was shock when he said that. I JUST CAME HERE TO GAIN THE TAG AND I WAS PLAYING IT. First of all I din't came here to become a STAR,POPULAR,Or what so ever you think of. I came here to help,have friends,to enjoy. 2nd I earn this tag for a reason. That's because I LOVE MAKING SIGGY. I spent all my time to this profession of mine and I must say I love it. Well don't say I came here to get the tag and played with it. Coz I damn so serious about it. I will call the forumer in this name--> "Mr.Good". Mr.Good. Don't tell me that I was like that. Because at the first place you don't even know how Em I. and I was doing my job to help out. Please guys. RESPECT what we do GFX. You know GFXer's is not a easy work. And we do failed sometimes. because we have a life to deal with. Please just be patient when you request something? Don't get mad. We will sure make that one. Why so in a Hurry? Will you go some where else? I think no. Will someone will get your siggy? I think no. So Please this is just a piece of a kind hearted advice have RESPECT for GFX TEAM. Not just to us. But to all people in here or ingame. Even to GM and MOD. I can see someone who is not giving respect to those who are higher persons. Please? This is I wan't to say. Thank you

P.S If you don't like my doings as a GFX TEAM LEADER. You can always report me and get demoted.

I talked with u in the CB.. Told u just dont worry .. Real Life is always on 1st place. I think every staff member should know that. Just relax and do ur job with pleasure .
For people thinking that GFXers have to work non-stop: You guys dont know what is to be a GFXer . You cant just simply make a siggy , u need some imagination for it. Sometimes u are just too tired and cant think of anything. Being a GFXer is the hardest job over here so u should really respect them even if ur siggys come late. There are few people that have the power of will and the inspiration to do it and u should really respect and appreciate them.

Yahh You Have Point your report but you need more proof he is busy or so what ever.You actually do not know that he's doing shovel Have more important than here.
 
Gfx its not a robot,and all gfx doing job, to all have requested be patient and respect all gfxs
 
I know who's this person is, I just don't understand why does he need to request a signature from u, since he's also a former GFX here. :/. Yes, it's really not good rushing ppl on this kind of thing since they had their on lives and not only focus on making signatures. What he did was really wrong.. They're not robot to ask them signatures and make it in no time.

Anyway, why this topic is in Hello/Goodbye Section? Are u going to leave? :|
 
well i think you can post/give there siggy any time you want/reject there request because if your bz in real life and ignore who says something bad on you especially if that person is nobody here in our community
 
It's understandable you'd get busy and always need to mention the GFX team is a public service you can say because they aren't considered staff more like voluntarily work just give the forums a headsup when you're away so people know not to request sigs from you etc.
 
I understand your explanation, you shouldn't force yourself on making siggies, always Real Life first bro.
I can wait for a day, week or months. :)
 
Yeah, Respect Our GFX'er, The Job of GFX'er is not easy so Just be Patient or Else Dont Request if you can't Wait to your Siggy, BTW, Don't Leave GFX Team Leader Starry, You're a Good Leader So Don't Leave your Job :)
 
They Work for FREE. AS IN FREE! With only the Tag and Respect to be paid. They work here in Forum for FREE.

Even not just the GFX. But All of US. We're not capable of such things as Working 24 hours.

And I salute everyone for this kind of Work! Others might not feel the Effort that is exerted by each of us. But Make sure that you ain't be a scumbag and crying like a kid for a WORK that is NOT DONE DUE TO SOME REASONS.

Scale your real life and forum life well, i think you can handle your work strongly.

Up to me, real life is much important, you can have some delays here, but in real life, you can't. Everybody understand it, expect some ugly boys(he)

the respect in the real life is 1st, and make it sure that even someone without respect can learn his attitude.
but how you can show your respect? I know this is a comun forum, but Our community is pretty kind each other, right? well, don't worry babe, they must show the respect to your friends, and the people here :)
not much to say, the respect is so important on every part of the world, even here :P
