1. Add Wrathbinge in facebook
2. Download TeamViewer (It is a software where in other people can control your PC from a remote area thus ensuring that your problem wil get fixed)

It's safe as long as you only allow a trusted Staff member to connect to your PC :smile:
never allow just everyone to connect because they can steal valuable information form your PC.
