about infinity mu site

is it just me or the infinity mu site keep saying -Website currently unavailable-
even while i'm voting. the page keeps getting stucked and it keep saying that its checking its validity for about 10min -_-, i end up refreshing the page and not getting the points. and if you think my internet is messing up, nope it isn't.. its just is there any explanation or any solution to this?
