About webshop credits

Hello Mutiziens. i wasn't playing since april and i logged today on the website and i noticed that i've lost all of my webshop credits. Has something wrong just happened that i didn't noticed?

That was on april xD and i remember that i had my credits (about 7k). and the last time i logged on the website it was on april 26 or something and i still had my credits bro.
