Account lost!

How can i receive my credit points?
My account was created last November 7,2010.
And when I enter the game the account does not exist.
Why was that?

Now i made a new account with the same name,
but no credit points added to my account..
Boss Fix my credit points Please.

Read the new announcement so u know whats happening with the server. U made ur account Nov 7, means that account doesnt exist. Make new account which u will have full gear + 6000 bonus stat point.
