Hello. The Account retrieval in Website is not working. There's no Message was sent by InfinityMu for the new password to my Email. Please fix this. Thanks

I tried it and it works fine for me. Check if you entered on correct email

Beware if you have not used your email for long time,when you enter your email and confirm it again,the letters that were supposed to be received by the time you have not used your email for over months were not received.

Updated my post:

If you don't know your e-mail or your e-mail is not working anymore. Try to do this steps

1. Create a replica of your previous E-mail that you've been use in our site ( Should be on the same founder site ex. google.com yahoo.com )
2. Go to our site http://www.infinitymu.net/ and select forgot password. Type there your Username, The old password will be send to your E-mail.
3. Now you log in the replica of your e-mail that you made. then you will see that's there's a confirmation or a letter from our site.

I've test this when my E-mail was wipe our by yahoo because of inactivity they erased/format their data base and create a new one that's why other e-mail are not working anymore. Try to do this then reply here if it's succesful

Problem is being solved via PM. Btw, the email recovery, password recovery and username recovery functions is working fine. He's checking the wrong email inbox.
