Add JOE IS PRIZE FOR WIN CHAOS CASTLE

Hi,

I have a suggest about prize for winner when joint chaos castle event. At present, prize for win cc is: joa, jos or random accient items. Can we have JOE as a more prize for win cc?

Jewel of Excellent is possible to drop, 50% chance. =)

From 8.6.2019 drop rate will be increased to 70% to drop JOA, JOE & 90% to get Ancient items.

CC event is hard event indeed but prize will remain the same.
