Anti hack Keep on popping

Anti hack Keep on popping when i try to use PZ, location/Server is in "New York" as recommended.
this problem never happen before also i haven't change setting of my pc/laptop cuz im using deepfreeze.
Possible reason antihack keep on crashing on meHHh??

Try using New York 4 and if still happens the same problems, try another server than New York servers. It's possible to have temporary outage on the NYC servers at PZ. Contacting PZ support is also an option. They should explain why you can't connect to game. Liveguard simply disconnects you due lose of connectivity from PZ proxy.
