I would like to suggest that HGM can make an apply denied,but if someone who has agreed with the truism,lets not denie it and see an Administrator reply. I mean with that to not allow HGMs(Nikki wich who denie all applications and maybe a person wants to a see an Admin reply and maybe getting an approve) to denie an apply if someone's apply is good and Nikki having problems actually with a lot people here and he making an apply denied because JUST he don't like her/him. so I would like to suggest that. Thanks. And DONT CLOSE IT,I want to see an admin reply here.

Who says so? You're making your own rules, "normally only admins decide"? Who says so? "HGM can't reject applications"? Who says so? Even moderators used to reject applications.
Nikki is gay and he's doing everything and he's the best HGM here, he has been in the staff since i'm 10 and he has the right to do what he thinks is good for the community, that's why he's a Head, admins wanted him like that, he's RESiSTANT's right hand.
@master about stormy she was mod then aply for gm she got accepted and asked for being back a mod after a while because her school go first.
