Auto close After Choosing Character

Hello there im new here
i need some help
i cant play for some reason
every time i choose character that i created
the windows is keep on closing and i cant go
to the game itself
i already run the update
choose the character by the mouse and not hitting the enter button
but still i cant play
are there anyone here can really help me?
i want to play.... please help me.. T_T

What's your character name? Is there any errors? Does it happens only with specific character or account? Make sure you really don't use your keyboard while selecting your characters. Just double click with your mouse.

If it happens with all of your characters then try to update your video drivers or re-install the client.

it happen to all i created character.. yeah im not using the keyboard to choose the character

problem solved... i choose different resolution on the option tab of launcher and now i am connected ^_^
