Reasons:
1. He was banned ingame and is just trying to prove his innocence when he is 1000% hacker (RAMASHTEIN reported by kobra)
2. He has insulted me ingame and i've also got a screenshot from another member where he insults the staff in general in guild chat from another member.

P.S. (unfortunately as you can see the screenshott from another user is edited, she didnt want to let others know who she is o.o however iam a staff member too and the first screen proves his profanity vs me)
