Well, im a bit mad coz im always checking the ban list and it always full, all days we are blocking lot of peoples and in my eyes some bans is a injustice (i was checking old thread and damn lot of peoples are banned with speedup proof videos, 1 kill only and only jumps), I know that we have rules but should we need act like that? banning 20 peoples in a day?
I've think alot about what write here but i dont think i can explain it more, if you dont believe on my words check ban list all days, watch all videos and check old banned peoples and you'll see why im wroth with that.
I have some suggestion's too, let me say about it.

-> Insults, simple fu, smd, fk u, really when some one say for you that im sure that you dont care, its a fking bull**** ban for it, really who cares about it, i care when someone insult my familly or one deficency mine, when he insult something making racism, thats can be called insult but those ****s like fu, fk u, smd thats just normal words comming from a idiot, im always just ignoring it, but you can act like that.
First Insult -> Warn + 1 Day (fk u, fu, smd is not considered as a insult);
Second Insult -> 4 Days;
Third Insult -> 1 Week + Banned by account;
Four Insult -> 1 Month + Banned by account;
Five Insult or more -> 1 Week banned by IP + 6 Months banned by account;
Thats not count when he insult a staff team coz staff team is autority so, its just for insult for a normal player.
Insult Staff
First time, make a warn only.
Second time -> 1 Week + Banned by account;
Third Insult -> 45 Days + Banned by account;
Four Insult -> Permanent.
Some peoples have problems in life and they come for play and try to calm down playing, but you enter and one guy start to kill you or smth like that and you get mad, thats normal, happen with me lot of times (take for example when you are driving and some one make wrong move Im sure that you insult him alot).

99% of the peoples who play here dont read game rules when start play, thats the true and that time they get ban for what they dont know, thats like Adversiting, he say i play here or here but now im playing here or im a good player in here but here im noob and its really nothing, coz some peoples are banned but they are not trying to divulg, they are just trying to say they play there for see if can old friends here, one example is when ''Heruvim'' got banned on my account, he say ''eme'' but who know what is eme is a player of ************, so its not Adversiting bcoz who know what means eme play eme, so he's not divulg coz who dont play there dont what means it.
About Banning Producer.
First Time -> Just give a Warn, explain for him.

You guys need think in change the reports about hack for 5 kills + Jumps and see him hits because its can be just delays.

Third Time -> 100 Days + ban by account;

Take it for AC too, coz AC dont change ur combo speed, actually combo decrease ur defense coz its less reflect for your opponent, so for slow potter its not a big deal and for pro potter its not good too.
For all peoples who get permanent by account, have 4 chances to unban in webshop, but change smth,
First Unban -> 25k credits;
Second Unban -> 50k creadits;
Third Unban -> 75k credits;
Four Time -> 100k credits;
Five Time -> No Unban anymore;
Now, About Ban and Ban appeals.
I think Resi should unban all accounts with have banned for Adversiting because some peoples stop just bcoz they dont read the rules and dont know about it, and use that new Ban producers for ban again if they do still doing Adversiting.
