Hello my friends,
Welcome to our InfinityMU Author event for the month of June.
This month we will pick on a topic, in which you will make your POEM and show it to us. The POEM must only be regarding the topic.

Topic: InfinityMU Community Person POETRY
You have to write a poem about someone who you admire/look up to from the Staff team or from the entire community - Normal member, someone important to you.

Rules of the event
1.Members with 10 posts and above can enter the event.
2.Each participant can join with only 1 POEM.
3.Do not copy a POEM from the internet.The staff members will keep track of the originality of each stories,if you break the rule,your entry won't be accepted.
4.Stories with offensive language will not be accepted.

5.The story size should be a SHORT POEM - YOU HAVE TO WRITE A POEM WITH AT LEAST 6-8 LINES

6.The story you submit must be within the topic we place.​

7.Normal font is required
8.Entries submitted after the given deadline will not be accepted.
9.Write your In game name above the entry that you are going to post.

The prizes:

20,000 gold credits + 8 IMES - 1st PLACE + A chance to be Infinity Star member or Wiki Team member

12,000 gold credits + 5 IMES - 2nd PLACE
8,000 gold credits + 3 IMES - 3rd PLACE

This poem is for my old inspiration in the IMU community(Don't know if she's still playing.)

Why do I,
Lost the love I think I keep?
Isn't it the reason why I hold on?
To not lose it and be fond of it?

Cause it isn't love if I let it fade,
Always stays, I was shattered but,
You can see a smile on my face.

I still continue to admire you,
To cherish moments I had with you,
And to be there with you,
Even if you push me, so then I became aloof.

I still sacrifice myself, even if I'm hurt,
to the bones, brains, even my soul.
Cause love, love is magical yet jealous and cruel,
Love is magnificent yet make us a fool,
Love is you, It's always been you, I love you.​

My poem is about nostalgia. (because it reminded me of my old friend whom I spent with during the early years in this server. That was around 2012. I was a newbie so yeah we helped each other waaaay back.)

A night of reminiscence
filled with gentle breeze of happiness
i knew where it supposed to be;

Laying down by the lone and calm tree
to think the memorable days
for us to feel free..

If I had the chance to go back..
i'd share it with everything what i used to have
i knew where it supposed to be;

My..my..
those gazing stars are uncontrollably bright
each has its stories to tell as it lingers during the night..

A good goodbye my old friend
to those years where it mean to end

Because i am new i don't know everything
Didn't mind about the rules and always violating,
I lay my head down i can't go to the place where i am going
I don't trust someone i don't even try to listen,

But you helped me you were the best of them all
You put a smile on my face with your guidance and advice,
It makes everything seem just too easy
The words that came out of your mouth made me smart and wise.
