Hi everybody,
I have a big problem. When I am entering my account, I have a warning. "Your account is blocked"
My char #Maraz had been banned 1 week by Sia(24.12.2014)
But I still can't enter my char. Please help me :((
My solution: I should change my char's name but I'm in a guild.
 
Changing your char name wont help. Just PM any GM which is online so he unbans you because the automatic unban system sometimes gets a big delay.
 
Hmm Thank you for helping. I had sent a mesaage GMs. But Really, My problem hadn't been solved by GM or Admin.
 
Watch on forum who is online and if you see any GM online PM him its a better chance that he will read it instantly

If you have sent mssg to GM and your ban period is really finished then be patient just a little bit,staff team will solve that problem don't worry.
 
Bro I had sent a message all of them. Although my char has unban, I still have a problem. I can't enter my char. I am taking a error. Error is: "block"

Did you already pm our admin about your problem or even our HGM/GM? If you do you just have to be more patient you will get you account soon. Btw read the game rules again to avoid doin some badthings.
 
I think higher staff is very B.C just be patient master and Follow The game Rules So that there would be a Hustle like this one :)
 
You're banned period has already done? If not you have to wait you're banned period coz you have to face the consquences you have done.. Violating rules is leggal! You have to say FOCK THE LAW then you will get unbanned :)
