Hi, how do I send the payment as family as friends ?
PayPal interface has changed thus I can't locate where is the family and friends option.

Please also kindly refund me the money as stated by the email and show me how can I donate as family as friends.

Hi there,

It's best if you can directly call/email your local PayPal team at your place.
As far as i know, there's a certain rules/condition been set up by PayPal. Some bank in certain countries blocked that kind of transaction, or by sending money to family and friend option through PayPal.

The best solution is, call/email PayPal, have them to explain to you the correct procedure, and ask for the confirmation email from them, and then you can send the confirmation email to support@infinitymu.net or donate@infinitymu.net & ask Venci if it's allowed or not.

I also has this problem. There is no send to friends or family option that's y i got confused and donate the items on my account so i could use it on BTA. I'm still waiting for Resistant's reply.

Thanks Admin! Actually, I have called Paypal Singapore and they confirmed that Family and Friends transaction is not available in our country. However, I can still use Goods and Services to donate and according to them you'll received the donation by using Goods and Services.

Actually, I only spoken with the Paypal's customer service so confirmation email would not be possible. :sad_xmas:
