As I know Staff member (GM) helping in-game with the big trades. It is most used for big trades especially for jewels.

That's true, I got done something like that few times, most with expensive items such as FO sets etc.

it goes like this...

when u guys are doing trades which does not fit on 1 trade, a GM will be there watching u to make sure ur trade will be a success and no scamming will happen
