We have put temporary cool-down on the Big Trade Assistance section, that means you still can post new requests for BTA but we will not process it instantly or in the same day like it was used to be. Your BTA might be even delayed for a week until processed unless it includes donation to the server and also will be processed in the same day. The current open requests for BTA will be processed within few hours. So don't worry if you already posted requests for Big Trade Assistance already.
Reason: busy schedule and so that we can focus on pushing the new server update.
**Discord and email support will be also with delay. YOu won't get answered on your tickets or messages in time. It should take few hours (up to 12-24 hours depending on few factors) to get your problem solved. You can also help by not spamming our email and discord unless the issue is critical and doesn't need ASAP assistance. The usual 24/7 support Mission To Thrill player satisfaction will be back soon!
P.S. Donations will be processed within the usual time delay! Same day or same hour depending on the timezone.
