It's my first time to encounter this kind of situation

I cant reset on TOM&JERRY character when i pressed reset that box appears but other chars can.

Someone can solve this? HOPE CAN ANSWER ASAP.
 
You have & symbol there, so site is not functioning because of that. Your only option is to change name or make resets in-game.
 
You can reset at Reset Master which can be found in front of Lorencia bar.

but in CODE-RED i can make resets and there is a symbol there. (and i cant do reset on TOM&JERRY char as i said that box will show when i click reset)
 
As far as I know, certain symbols work, certain don't. For instance I couldn't add stat points when I had character named Kronwell.B, got similar or even the same error. Never happens with characters without these symbols. Character KronwellB functioned fine. So I don't see any other reasoning behind this..
 
It wont work because you need 5 renas to level up from there. They drop in almost every cage in arena, go search for them and you can reset once you get 5. On top of that you get 25 gold credits and its a pretty good deal.
 
Tried with different Browser? Also check if it's updated, must be cause the symbol probably the website doesn't run it. Try with another browser and then wait for venci.
