Read the "How to report? & Read before Report!" you can find it in every subsection for the related problem you will post.

• Penalty:
- 1st = Warning without infraction.
- 2nd = Warning with infraction.
- 3rd = 3 days Ban.
- 4th = 5 days Ban.
After 4th ban the ban time is always 5 days.

In all 3 offenses you wrote the title wrong. The very first thing that you read when you open a report section rules is how to write a proper title. I gave you 2 PMs explaining in detail with examples how your thread's title should have looked. I don't know what to do more than this so that you can understand to read first then act.
