Lemme write it again... Everything what can you do for now.
as Ky0shi wrote. Turn off your antivirus, reinstall wtfast, run it as administrator.
If you already reinstalled wtfast run it as administrator, i don't have got windows xp but i've read how to do that :
3 solutions
- The icon of the program - right click, run as administrator
- Go into safe mode
- Ctrl + alt + delete - click logout - you'll have to choose your account and administrator.

Download it -> http://www.wtfast.com/ You'll got 30 free days (if you want premium, buy it xd), That's the only way to avoid a lot of problem, simply download it again, don't re-install!, Re-Download it asap!

You cannot install some softwares if you dont have admin privileges in your computer, tell the person who knows the admin account on your PC to install wtfast
Administrator privileges and after that you have to go to www.wtfast.com and click on Account, create one,verificate your email and after download it from the link that will appear, then you can follow this video guide http://forum.infinitymu.net/showthread.php?63806-Video-Guide-How-to-use-WTFast
