Can`t see any charater when login

Hello, I can`t see any character when i log in server. And when i try to create another char. it appears: "No more characters can be created".

Help me please to solve this problem!!

did you use Anti-Lag patch?

This is a client error. I would Advise you to reinstall InfinityMu client!

yes, i use anti-lag

reinstall and this time don't use Anti-Lag patch...Anti-Lag deletes all effects/graphical files in order to reduce lag..which may cause you not to see your chars or other items(especially wings)
