My recommendation is no, but ye you can install it, there are versions of Windows 10 lite that consume fewer resources but they only exist with the Spanish language, I'm sure that version is your best choice.

I wouldn't recommend it, even if you install it, you will probably have issues in finding drivers updated for W10 based on your specs.
