Be patient bro.First check if you are entering the right mail and not looking in some other mail's inbox.And be sure you have written your email correctly.

Provide some information that you're the real owner of the account like mentioning your Account Name/Username, Characters name.

Hello,

Kindly check your "spam" messages instead of "inbox" in your registered e-mail address where your new password is sent. Sometime new mails go there.
