Hai,

My mate got problem'n can't connect to the game ,
same time it's impossible to join to the site of infinity.

I take care and waste a lil of my time but couldn't help him , so i guess you may know the thing
and help him

Me and my cousin got the same problem once. it just take time maybe your internet has the problem that couldn't connect to the server. just rest for a day :grin:

Hello,

You can ask RESiSTANT to check his IP maybe it's blocked by accident, cause few days ago they blocked some IP address. Also try to contact your ISP and ask if they blocked the IP of InfinityMU :)

i think ur problem is from internet
pliz check ur internet provider
i think they can fix this problem or u can pm to RESiSTANT he'll tell if it is from ur internet or u got accident and ur IP is banned :)))
 
It's could be anything even some virus related. I checked similar user, he could ping us but cannot use any executable to connect to anything. By the way his Windows 7 never have been updated. So guys either your internet provider blocked our IP or your OS / Firewall configuration is problematic. Try to update everything, drivers, get all windows updates and latest service pack. Make sure you always have the latest version (final / no beta).
