cannot connect to server !

yo guys i had this problem since about 3 days but today it pissed me off i cannot connect totally just with pz from 2 days i was just chose another servers to log in today all servers do same any idea about it...
note : i cannot play with out pz cause my damn mobile data have alot of spikes .

Change the Launcher File add the executable play.exe

wtv i choose to launch still same but some time i try change other servers or close it and open it again and i connect normal i really cannot understand how it work

Are you using your own pingzapper account? It usually happens when a shared pingzapper account is used by a lot of users.
If you're using your own pz account, try opening the autoupdate.exe and launch again.
Also, try to choose within LA servers if you can't connect to NY. NY servers tends to overload due to alot of users I guess.
